摘  要：２１世纪是信息化的世纪，许多移动通信和互联网新技术推动了人类文明的巨大进步，进而许多数字化远程控制系统应运而生。近年来，随着社会的进步，以及人们物质生活和精神生活质量的不断提高，小孩和老人的安全问题一直都是家庭家长特别关注的事情，这安全性问题也成为人们十分关注的问题。然而孩子和老人的位置和移动方向的重要信息家人可以随时知道.因此，能实现这种愿望的高科技产品，就越来越受到人们的关注和喜爱。GPS就是利用GPS定位卫星，在全球范围内实时进行定位、导航的系统。而GSM能够提供人们熟悉的语音信息和现在的是最普及的移动通信，它还能在GPS和使用者之间，通过数据业务和短消息业务，很好的传递控制和定位信息，为GPS这种高科技定位产品，在民间廉价的应用奠定坚实的基础。因此，GPS和GSM这两个当今热门技术结合的产物，将最大程度的满足人们对移动目标的跟踪需求。从而,家人对小孩和老人的安全问题得到了一定的提高.

设计总结
为了做好毕业设计，在翻阅了大量的相关资料后，我的视野也有了进一步的拓展，培养了我对电路设计的兴趣，养成了科学严谨的思想。 通过这次毕业设计，由设计原理图、制PCB图以及打印图纸到写毕业设计报告等，使我更进一步地熟悉对Protel dxp软件，对用Protel dxp制板有了更进一步的认识。在单片机的编程和应用方面有了更大的进步。通过对电路板的腐蚀、焊接等实际操作，增强了我的动手能力，原来有许多在脑子里很抽象化的集成模块、芯片、晶体管等，现在却变成了触手可摸的实际器件，让我对课本上学过的知识有了更加清楚的认识。在本次课题设计中, 我有好几个错误都是在设计电路板布线时不小心出了差错.有时候是看错管脚的功能，有时候没斟酌好器件摆放的位置等等诸多毛病。经过这次锻炼,以后有机会再做PROTEL时我会更加小心细致的。
